does anyone know of any support groups in or very near bangor? I am unable to travel very far.
It has been over two years but i have never really had any form of support or counselling but i think i will now be able to talk about how i feel and would love to find somewhere appropriate,
Please let me know if there is anywhere

Hi Mel

The nearest group is Belfast. I try to get to it as often as I can. I am in Bangor too so if you want a lift let me know. The next one is on Wednesday 5th December.
