Hi ladies i don't know if i should put this on here but i wanted to share with you what we had made for Ellie Mae.  After she grew her wings i wanted the hospital to do a hand and foot print of Ellie.  They did it beautifully in gold ink.  After i got home i decided that i wanted something a bit more permanent so i got one of those imprint kits. I took it to the funeral directors who had never done that sort of thing before but were very happy to help.  Unfortunatly they were unable to do a propper imprint as Ellie's hands were so fragile and the clay was so hard.  The funeral directors kindly mentioned it to the Vicar who was doing Ellie's service and he managed to do a beautiful hand cast in 3D.  I didn't know about it until i went to collect it and they showed me what they had done.  I didn't even know it was possible.  I've have put a picture on here so you can see, but i hope it doesn't upset anyone.

What a precious reminder and how lovely that people were willing to help you create this beautiful memory.  Even the hospital to do the prints in gold ink - so special.

I dont have any hand prints but with hind sight I wouldve loved to create a cast of Adam's feet.
